First and foremost, don’t worry — we’re not going anywhere.
For more than 20 years, we’ve been here to help with everything from quick questions and free advice regarding Apple computers, iPhones, iPads, Apple support, lessons, and technology emergencies. We are incredibly grateful for the trust and support you’ve given us throughout the years.
Recently, I was offered, and accepted a website development position that I’ve always wanted to pursue. While I remain committed to Ubermac and the clients who have supported us over the years, this new opportunity requires me to be more selective with my time and availability.
I have brought on another Apple Certified Technician to assist everyone with requested appointments. However, please be aware that we can no longer offer free support, and that we are now directing anyone needing quick, free help to 1-800-MY-APPLE or the Apple Store in the Gardens Mall.
Ubermac is now operating by appointment only, and walk-in visits are no longer available.
